Anybody got any news/progress report on thackley? When are they digging up there? I'd be happy to go up and lend a hand and i'm sure others would aswell.

They where up all last weekend and most nights this week.

Think they are taking a break over the weekend but will be back at it in the evenings.

Eds the man with the plan

...did some work on the big dirt jump/table with sloping back - smoothed run in and out and shaped a berm after run out. Removed roots from 1st bank and built in a nice little drop. Spread gravel round far sideof track.

Place looks really cool - vast improvement should be good for practicing jumps etc.

Might drive down and ride some stuff and perhaps do some digging tomorrow after work (prob get there 5pm ish)

Ed said he's probably going down tuesday night so may go tuesday as well. They should be getting wackers in and armouring the track next week aparently

...went down last night - some tw@s had kicked in the berm I shaped on saturday :x , so I rebuilt it then gave it a test. The big table ramp seems a bit steep to me - could do with rounding off a bit? Tried to jump the big rock into the shale slope before the table and binned it so went home after that :(
